PROCEEDINGS. - Jameson pled guilty to one count of child sexual abuse, and was placed on probation on condition that he complete a specified incest treatment program. He was removed from the program after he showed no progress and failed to cooperate. The trial court revoked his probation and committed him to prison. He petitioned for post-conviction relief, and the trial court thereupon reconsidered revocation of probation and upheld its revocation of probation and its commitment. Jameson appealed.
